These terms apply to the Videoro app, this website, Videoro Pro subscriptions and community templates. Videoro is provided by Videoro (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Videoro you agree to these terms. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) also applies; if these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
01Using Videoro
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Videoro on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, interfere with our servers, or use Videoro in a way that breaks the law.
02Your content
You own the photos, videos, audio and text you use in Videoro and everything you create with it. Your media stays on your device — we don’t receive it and claim no rights in it, except for templates you choose to publish (section 7).
You are responsible for having the rights to what you edit and share. In particular, only use tools such as Remove object, Remove background, Retouch, Reshape, Body and Hide faces on content that you own or have permission to modify, and don’t use Videoro to remove watermarks, credits or copyright notices from other people’s work, to deceive or impersonate others, or to create content that is unlawful, harassing or infringes anyone’s rights.
Projects, photo drafts and the templates you save for yourself are stored only on your device. Please keep copies of anything important — we can’t restore them if your device is lost or the app is deleted.
03AI tools
Videoro’s AI tools — captions, background and object removal, voice and music separation, colorize, retouch, makeup, reshape, body, hair color, skin tone, face hiding and others — produce automatic results that can be inaccurate or imperfect. Please review the result before you publish it. Colorize adds plausible colours; it cannot know the real colours of an old photo. Hide faces may miss a face; check the result before sharing.
04Free version
Many features are free. Exports from the free version may carry a small Videoro mark and some export qualities, AI tools and effects are available only with Videoro Pro. We may offer an optional short ad that unlocks a feature for one export. What is free and what needs Pro may change over time.
05Videoro Pro subscriptions
- Videoro Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly ($6.99) or yearly ($29.99) subscription. These are US prices; prices in other countries may vary. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered (for example on the yearly plan for eligible new subscribers), it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or in Videoro → Me → Settings → Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
06Accounts
An account is optional. You must be at least 13 years old — or older if the law in your country requires — to create one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for what is published from it. You can delete your Videoro account at any time in Videoro → Me → Delete account; if your session has expired we may ask you to sign in again to confirm it’s you.
07Community templates
Sharing a template. You can publish an edit as a template so that other people can use it with their own photos and videos. A template includes its recipe (timing, transitions, filters, effects, text and emoji stickers), a short silent preview and a poster made from your edit. By publishing, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that everyone recognisable in it has agreed to appear in a public template.
Licence you give us. You keep ownership of your content. By publishing a template you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute the template, its preview and poster in Videoro and on our website, and to let other users apply the template’s recipe to their own media. This licence ends when you delete the template, except that videos other people have already made with it remain theirs. You are not paid for templates.
Using someone else’s template. You may use any published template to make your own videos. The creator’s photos and videos are not part of the template, and you may not reuse the preview or poster separately.
Community rules — zero tolerance. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not publish templates (including their title, text, preview and poster) that contain or promote:
- nudity, sexual content, or any sexual or exploitative content involving minors;
- violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism or dangerous acts;
- hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or discrimination;
- illegal activity, drugs, weapons or regulated goods;
- content you don’t have the rights to — other people’s photos, videos, logos or copyrighted work;
- other people’s private information, or people who haven’t agreed to appear;
- spam, advertising, scams, impersonation or misleading content.
Review and reports. Every template is reviewed before it is published. Anyone can report a template from inside the app; a reported template is hidden for the person who reported it immediately, and we review reports within 24 hours. We may refuse or remove any template at our discretion, including without notice, and we may block accounts that break these rules from publishing — repeated or serious violations lead to removal of all of the account’s templates. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
Templates are created by users. We don’t endorse them and aren’t responsible for how they look or for what others do with them. You can delete your own template at any time in Videoro → Me → Shared by me.
08Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and why.
09Third-party components
Videoro includes open-source software and machine-learning models, which are used under their own licences. You can find the list in Videoro → Me → Settings → Open-source licenses.
10Changes and availability
We keep improving Videoro, so features may be added, changed or removed, and community templates may become unavailable. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the app. If you keep using Videoro after a change, the new terms apply.
11Disclaimer and liability
Videoro is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data — please keep copies of important media. Some countries don’t allow these limitations; in that case they apply only as far as permitted, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12Ending these terms
You can stop using Videoro at any time by deleting the app (and cancelling any subscription). We may suspend your account, or your ability to publish templates, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
